I received the best care here. From the tech's, all the way to Mark! I've received great therapy here, from great groups to my one on one therapist Freddy.. I'm very grateful!!
Great place got aot of knowlege great staff an counsolrs
I'm literally in an Uber heading to Recovery Village now. So far the staff have seriously patience, compassionate, understanding, and informative 👍!
I was reluctant at first. But now I'm feeling pretty optimistic. I'll report more as I journey through this.
Spent 30 days at recovery Village Palm Beach. Been clean ever since. Great place, great people, great food, and if I remember correctly, you are even allowed to smoke which was important to me.
I have really changed my ways thanks to recovery village great lesson taught they are great
This place was very well ran. It did not feel like a jail. I have been to one other facility 7 years ago and it was terrible. Recovery Village of Palm Beach was great! Personally, I chose it for the gym. It is available from 5:30 am to 10:30 pm as long as you are not in group meetings. Jimmy is awesome and plans the outdoor activities. Several projector large screen movies a month out back with popcorn machine, lots of sweet treats and nachos. Friday night dinners are steak and baked potatoes. The food was very good and well rotated. The head Chef Joe, was a blessing. Chef Adad is a trip and loves his job! The staff and nurses were very accommodating. The techs are all nice. I had one bad experience with an “elderly” tech. She wasn’t professional and seemed cranky at all times. She was only present maybe six times out of the three weeks I was there so it wasn’t a big deal. The people in charge are very approachable and helpful. My therapist was Julie. She is very sweet, very caring and helpful. There is a full time, full blown cleaning staff there seven days a week. I was treated with kindness and respect front the time of admission to the time of release. Marc, the CEO is often there and walks the halls and says hello and will shake your hand. Yes, there are patients there that cause a ruckus but that’s what happens at recoveries. I do believe I got closer to the core of my addiction here. If I would have stayed longer I may have had more answers. I do not plan on recovery again in my life but if I did have to go back due to a relapse, I would choose Recovery Village of Palm Beach again.
Overall my experience with RV was incredibly positive! If you WANT to get a good experience out of your treatment here, you absolutely can and will! Many come in with a negative mindset (clearly, we are detoxing from substances) or not even wishing to really get sober, which will absolutely cloud the experience for themselves. The only thing that keeps me from 5 stars is that there seemed to be loose ends left lingering, missed communications (medical/nursing) and a lack of clear line of communication as to who was in charge of what. I asked A LOT of questions to different sources to figure certain things out and felt I was given the run around on a couple of occasions. There is a new site CEO, so hopefully he will be able to help rectify some of these communication issues. Any treatment center is going to have a lot of moving parts and constant rotation of clients, so I do appreciate that it is difficult to keep everyone in the loop at all times. If you’re not afraid to advocate for yourself and you really want to get sober, then I definitely would recommend The Recovery Village! SO many amazing staff members with huge hearts for what they do 🫶🏼
This review is pretainin' to my dining experience.

Chef Joe is an outstanding chef! The food he provides is always fresh and truly second to none.
I am on a special diet so some things I cannot eat. Joe makes it a point to go out of his way to make sure I am provided food that fits under the umbrella of things I can eat and I like them. I can't thank him enough.
Our times we eat are at 8am, 12pm and 445pm for dinner. You can expect those doors to the dining area to open at said times and not a minute late!

Thank you, Chef Joe for all you do!
I just had an Emdr session with jojo and it was amazing....I've never experienced anything like it in my life!!! I feel so much lighter.....thank you jojo
This place really helped me. I was struggling with opioid addiction. They helped me medically and helped with the mental trauma that I had been carrying for over 25 years. Also just wanted to add that Jo done a EMDR session with me. She was able to guide me through the trauma and I was able to forgive myself and others that hurt me for so long. I am able to testify and say this place saved me and now I am able to live life to the fullest. I also want to say that IOP’s Trish has done a wonderful done along with therapist Tina. Tina does a great job and listens to her patients. Amazing group of IOP Therapist.
My EMDR session with Miss Jojo was an amazing life changing experience. She took a wounded woman and gave me the power to become the woman I am meant to be. Thank you.
I actually really took a lot from my stay at the recovery here. The groups therapy was excellent opening you to be comfortable with others that don’t judge and going through the same things as yourself it brings a lot into perspective and the individual therapy was definitely worth it as well i had stuff that i needed to get through to help me for my future and it really helped me in many areas. I do, however, think that maintenance should have more available times for emergency situations for example, air conditioners, severe pest control issues, and hot water going out. My stay here did involve the time when their hot water was out for an unhappy amount of time, but the treatment was good enough for me to stick it out and prefer to stay there like this I would assume an emergency situation that other vendors could’ve been assessed if we could’ve gotten the proper things needed to fix the situation although it is an uncommon thing to happen and all boilers have been replaced so it should not be future problem for others. The staff was excellent, very supportive and positive and helpful although it could use with a better system to train all the same rules amongst staff members some things were a learned by you go situation for them from what I could see but nothing severe it was just knowing who to ask so all things and answers were able to be found. Also staff and med list times and the beginning were a cluster F and you could tell they needed to train new staff better on the protocols or Perdiem nurses that were new but after a few weeks The system did get better with protocol using timeless and probably more training was involved so overall meds were not a problem. A lot is also about learning how to self advocate for yourself and take accountability or responsibility for certain actions or needs because in reality we do need to learn and practice these abilities for the outside after treatment. Also, your peer support is helped by facilities staff to steer people towards the right directions of others that may be able to help or understand what they’re going . There was many on site activities that were also held and privileges were earned for those that follow the rules the routine and structure but again we need this to help retrain our brains to help us better, cope and make better decisions in life to get through this jump and hurdle and continue on a recovered path. All in all I did value and appreciate my time. I also really value the relationships with staff and my peers that I was able to develop and the support I was able to use thank you very much recovery Village for the opportunity, faith, support, and guidance through this time in my life .
I have always found staff to be professional and attentive to my clients
